Donald Trump took aim at Joe Biden at his event in Iowa tonight, where a raucous crowd supported the former president, who is facing a litany of legal issues.

During his long speech at the event, which his wife Melania Trump did not attend for the 11th time, Trump told the crowds his doctor suggested he could live to 200 years old if he didn't eat junk food.

He told the crowds: "I just took physical, you'll be happy to hear, and I passed with flying colors and I took a cognitive exam. I think actually if you're running for president I think you should be forced to take it."

The president referenced tests administered by Congressman Ronny Lynn Jackson, a former physician and the U.S. representative for Texas's 13th congressional district, who was appointed to President and Chief Medical Advisor, a new position in the Executive Office, by Trump in 2019.

Not only did he display incredible physical health, he claimed, but he also showed an outstanding mental aptitude. Trump went on: "I took a cognitive exam, they said I aced it. You know who gave it to me? Dr. Ronnie.

"I took a cognitive test. I aced it. Got everything right. I took another one I got everything right."

Referencing Joe Biden he then went on: "I said 'Whose healthier?' He said, 'Sir there's no contest'. I won't tell you the answer but you know the answer, it's me.

"He said if you didn't eat junk food you'd live to 200 years old. That's my kind of doctor."

Dr. Jackson has made the claims publicly, saying Trump has "incredible genes."

He told reporters in January 2018: "I told the President that if he had a healthier diet over the last 20 years he might live to be 200 years old."

He claimed Trump scored 30 out of 30 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment test - labeled by top Parkinson's disease doctors as "a rapid screening instrument for mild cognitive dysfunction."

Though Dr. Jackson had made the claims, this is the first time the former president has repeated them.
