Bold and the Beautiful cast address exits for Eric storyline - 'my character looks awful!'

Fans of the Bold and the Beautiful were puzzled by Kristen and her siblings' absence during their father Eric's (John McCook) time of need, and they weren't the only ones.

Tracy Lindsey Melchior, who has portrayed Kristen since 2001, shared her thoughts on the matter.

On Instagram, she expressed her amusement and disagreement with the current portrayal of Kristen, stating, "It is so lame, it's funny. Not agreeing with how they are writing Kristen! She had a very good relationship with her dad and would be there."

Tracy also noted that Kristen had a complex relationship with her mother, Stephanie, yet returned for her in the end.

Feeling her character was being misrepresented, Tracy said: "They are making my character look awful. Kristen is not there for my son ever, now not there for my dad."

It's quite strange the character of Kristen hasn't made an appearance since Delon de Metz started playing Zende in 2020 and Kristen's adopted son with Antonio. Could a rift or secret plan exist to take over Forrester Creations from Ridge?

Viewers are left guessing. Tracy isn't too pleased with Ridge having the power to make medical decisions for their dad.

Holding Eric's medical power of attorney, she believes, "I think all of us siblings should be discussing," as she expressed.

Meanwhile, Krista Allen recently opened up about her character Taylor Hayes, who's been absent from the show, as she celebrates two years in the role.

Fans have been showing their love for Krista as Taylor on social media, even getting #TeamTaylor trending on X (formerly Twitter).

Returning to the platform with her first post in six months, Krista shared a heartfelt message with fans.

"I miss you as much as you miss me (frfr!) and I love you so big!!!!" she stated.

Krista actively engaged with fans on social media, responding to their posts that commonly expressed how much they miss her as Taylor, both on the show and online.

She agreed with a fan, saying, "I sure miss it, too."

When another fan mentioned missing Taylor's presence, Krista echoed the sentiment, "I miss Taylor so much too."
