Republican Rep. George Santos has been expelled from Congress in an historic vote after he was exposed for lying and hit with multiple criminal charges.

The New York congressman fled Capitol Hill on Friday as he became the sixth House member in history to be voted out.

Over 100 Republicans joined Democrats in kicking out Santos, who stole donor funds to spend on OnlyFans and Botox.

The historic vote totaled 311 to 114, with two members voting 'present.'

Santos said to reporters upon fleeing the House floor on Friday that the House "set a new dangerous precedent for themselves."

He added: "To hell with this place."

Santos' term in office was marred by revelations that he fabricated parts of his biography, a House ethics investigation, and a 23-count federal indictment charging him with crimes including wire fraud and money laundering.

Santos had already put his jacket on and left the chamber before the vote total was announced on Friday.

He had previously survived two attempts to expel him, one in May and the other a month ago.

Santos lost significant support after the bipartisan House Ethics Committee released a damning 56-page report before Thanksgiving detailing allegations that Santos filed false campaign statements and used campaign money to fund his personal interests.

According to the report, he spent the money on rent, luxury designer goods, trips to Las Vegas and the Hamptons, Botox, and a subscription to OnlyFans.

House Speaker Mike Johnson said earlier on Friday that his team would not sway the vote one way or another, instead allowing members to "vote their conscience."

Santos' fellow New Yorkers - including Reps. Anthony D'Esposito, Nick LaLota, and Marc Molinaro - led the push to expel him.

Santos repeatedly rejected calls from his colleagues to resign, saying that if he leaves, "they win."

He also called their efforts "bullying."

Santos added: "I'm 35 years old...It doesn't mean it's goodbye forever."
