Walmart shoppers are 'so mad' after store discontinued a popular sweet treat
Walmart's non-dairy white chocolate chip cookies can no longer be found in their stores according to some of the store giant's loyal vegan customers, who have taken to the internet to air out their grievances.
Walmart has upset some of its customers by discontinuing its famous non-dairy cookies. Walmart has now announced it will no longer be stocking its vegan and organic white chocolate chip cookies.
The cookies will no longer be available for purchase in US supermarkets, and on Walmart's website the product is now displayed as “not available.”
Fans of the cookies have taken to Twitter and TikTok to complain that they can no longer buy their favorite surgery snack. One user wrote: “I'm so mad Walmart discontinued their vegan white chocolate chips.”
Another disgruntled white chocolate chip lover commented: "I want to cry because Walmart doesn’t carry vegan white chocolate chips anymore. I’ve looked online on Whole Foods, Sprouts, and Target and no one has any."
Somebody else wrote: “Walmart had discontinued those cookies I always buy, I’m going to dream about those cookies.”

A fourth person added: “Now they won’t be there ever again though. That’s the story of my life with vegan stuff at grocery stores.”
The white chocolate chip cookies were sold for $4 at Walmart under their Great Value brand, meaning they were always be guaranteed to be a cheap price for customers.
On social media, the brand become popular online as many vegans recommended them as the best white chocolate brand for vegans, and was also popular in many dessert recipes for vegans.
Walmart has made no official announcement about the discontinuation of the cookies as of yet.
However, vegan cookies lovers will be happy to know that you can still vegan milk chocolate chip cookies from Walmart with their Ghirardelli and Enjoy Life brands.
In other news, Walmart is rolling out a new perk for customers who are signed up for the superstore’s subscription service.
Through Walmart Plus, existing and future members will now have free access to veterinarians.
