The Bravo star pulled no punches after some fans raised concerns over her changing look.

Lala Kent took to Instagram over the weekend to hit out at critics who’ve shared their thoughts on her changing appearance.
The Vanderpump Rules star has been candid about the cosmetic procedures she’s had in the past, including botox and lip fillers.
She even shared fears last year that she’d “overdone” her face during a chat on the Juicy Scoop podcast.
However, Lala is now standing firm against criticism of her appearance choices despite what others may think.
Taking to Instagram, she recorded herself defending her latest lip fillers after showing offer a rather bruised pout.

She hit out: “I don’t need anyone saying, ‘Stop touching your face,’ and ‘you look so much better in Season Four.’
“Like, didn’t we all look so much better when we were like 23 [and] 24?”
Lala’s rant continued: “We was all hitting different. Don’t worry who touches mine because what my face is poked with does not affect you whatsoever.
“I don’t care what your face looks like, don’t care about what mine looks like,” she emphatically said.

This isn’t the first time Lala has blasted criticism of her look.
During a season 10 episode of Pump Rules, Tom Schwartz took aim at her appearance.
Tom branded her face a “bootleg Housewife” look, which led to a furious Lala to call him the “epitome of a f*****g loser”.
Lala will be back on screens as she joins her cast mates for the second part of this year’s explosive Pump Rules reunion on May 31.
