Fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, and good-quality salt are the key ingredients to making the turkey as flavourful as possible, Agatha said. 

She added: "Then I would chop finely minced garlic, parsley, and a little bit of olive oil and rub it under the skin.

"And when it's done, give it time to rest to make sure it's juicy."

Agatha also shared some healthy alternative Thanksgiving recipes from her cookbook, Bountiful Cooking.
