Simone Biles husband's moment with Travis Kelce upsets Taylor Swift's night

Green Bay Packers safety Jonathan Owens seemingly shoved Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce in the back with both hands on a Hail Mary pass to help the Green and Gold seal a 27-19 win at Lambeau Field. Owens had his wife Simone Biles watching in the stands while Kelce had Taylor Swift in a suite at the stadium Sunday.

Owens, 28, is behind Kelce as the ball comes toward the end one, with Green Bay linebacker De'Vondre Campbell also on Kansas City's top target. When the tight end moves backward while adjusting to the flight of the pass from Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, the Packers safety places both hands on Kelce's back, moving him forward.

Kelce jumps into Campbell but goes too early and is out of reach of the ball as it goes over his head. After colliding with the Chiefs' tight end, Owens moved backward to join three teammates, outnumbering Kansas City receivers 2:1.

Five players jumped, but none could corral the ball. A successful touchdown pass would have moved the Chiefs within a single point of Green Bay, closer than any other stage since the scoring started.

Asked afterward by reporters in the locker room about the officiating, he refused to blame them for the Chiefs losing. "I ain't gonna blame this on anybody but ourselves," Kelce said.

Mahomes equally took responsibility for the team not scoring on the final play of the day. “At the end of the game, they let the guys play. I’m about that,” he told reporters.

“If I get the ball out there, then he scores a touchdown. That’s what I’m saying. You don’t want flags, man. I gotta make the throw. If I make the throw, then I wouldn’t be wanting a flag."

However, NBC rule analyst Terry McAulay had a different view. “There was [a push]," the three-time Super Bowl referee said on the "Sunday Night Football" broadcast, "and generally there’s a lot of bodies banging, everybody’s playing the ball, there’s not a foul when that happens.

“When you have a two-handed shove in the back, it’s overt. You see Kelce lurch forward. It jumped out at me on the live feed. He wasn’t just jumping forward. The ball’s going behind him. He’s going forward.

“It had to be the shove that sent him (in) that direction. I think, just like any other pass play, this is a foul for defensive pass interference.”
