Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love rained on Taylor Swift's parade at a wintry Lambeau Field after leading the green and gold to a surprising win over the Kansas City Chiefs. The play-caller throwing three touchdowns during "Sunday Night Football" added insult to injury after acknowledging earlier in the week that he "doesn't listen too much" to the Grammy Award-winning star.

Love, 25, found Packers tight end Ben Sims for the rookie's first career touchdown got the scoring underway early on. The quarterback then connected with wide receiver Christian Watson for touchdown passes in the second and third quarters to give Green Bay a lead they held onto in the final frame.

That handed Swift her first loss when watching tight end Travis Kelce play for the Chiefs this season. She has previously seen Kansas City win against the Chicago Bears, Denver Broncos, Los Angeles Chargers and New York Jets.

It was over a month since she last attended a game due to touring South America on "The Eras Tour" last month. And after wrapping up her performances for this year, speculation about her being in Green Bay for the Chiefs game dominated the build-up.

As the franchise quarterback, Love fielded questions about the singer-songwriter and her impending attendance at Lambeau Field. "I don't listen to too much Taylor Swift," he shared with reporters during a locker room interview last week.

But days before the game, he expanded on those comments and offered his opinion on short clips of six Swift songs in conversation with the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel. Love skipped on 'I Did Something Bad' and 'The 1' before acknowledging that 'Hits Different' is "not really my vibe".

However, he did share that 'Shake It Off' is a song he had heard of before and did listen to. Love also approved of 'Bad Blood ft. Kendrick Lamar,' - mainly as he's a fan of the rapper.

He also shared after hearing 'You Belong With Me' that: "I've heard old Taylor Swift; it's just been a minute since I've listened to her".

After matching the career-high three touchdowns from their last game against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving, it is the second such two-game streak of the season. Love also did it back-to-back in Weeks 1 and 2 at the Chicago Bears and Atlanta Falcons.

He acknowledged to reporters that the Chiefs were a team he wanted to impress against. "Yeah, it's huge," he said. "For me personally, obviously I've had this game circled for a long time.

"My first start, obviously, didn't play how I wanted to the first game." Love completed 19 of 34 passes for 190 yards, throwing one interception and one touchdown back in 2021.

He continued: "So to be able to see these guys again and get the victory is huge. It's just a great team win tonight. Everybody just balled out, so it was an awesome win."
