The rest of the money that's flown straight to her pocket book has come from her nearly two enormously prosperous decades in the music industry, establishing a fiercely loyal fanbase, and building an powerful brand.

Swift has officially built a billion-dollar empire, according to a Bloomberg News analysis published Thursday.

The report estimates the singer's current net worth at $1.1 billion, thanks in part to her massive 146-date worldwide Eras Tour.

The US leg alone added $4.3 billion to the country's gross domestic product, according to Bloomberg Economics.

In July, Forbes estimated Swift had a net worth of about $740 million.

Plus, her real estate profile is worth over $80 million alone.

On top of two Dassault private jets, Swift also likes to spend money at fancy restaurants and gives large donations to charity.

According to Insider, Swift also famously pulled out of a sponsorship deal with Sam Bankman-Fried's FTX after asking about unregistered securities.

The decision saved her from being sued for endorsing the corrupt crypto exchange.

What sets her apart as a new billionaire is the fect that she is one of the few people to reach the financial status almost exclusively from her music and performances, the outlet reported.

The publication cited Swift's publicly disclosed and traceable assets and earnings.

Her fortune comes from her 10 original studio albums, five homes, and earnings from streaming deals, music sales, concert tickets, and merchandise, according to Bloomberg.

Now, Swift's net worth will increase due to the re-record and release of her discography, which have been declared "Taylor's Version" after a rights battle.

The latest release, 1989, dropped to fans' happiness on October 27.

1989 (Taylor's Version) is expected to be one of the top-grossing albums this year thanks to Swift's dedicated fanbase.

Fans have been scrubbing the album's new vault tracks for hints, references and clues to aspects of Swift's life.

Nothing gets by Swifties, especially when it comes to the singer's lyrics.

They think Is It Over Now? is aimed at Harry Styles and the lyrics are plain as day - they talk about key moments in their relationship.

Ahead of the release of her re-recorded album, she hinted her breakup with Joe Alwyn would be referenced too.
