Ingredients

1 pack of chicken bouillon

1 box of elbow macaroni

1 block of monterey jack cheese

1 block of white cheddar cheese

1 block of sharp cheddar cheese

12 oz of milk

1 cup of heavy whipping cream

½ tsp of Cajun powder

1 tablespoon of onion powder

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

1 tablespoon of white pepper

Instructions

First, boil one box of elbow noodles with chicken bouillon. While it cooks, start shredding your blocks of cheese.

When your noodles are finished - don’t rinse them, instead add them to your baking tin and add half a stick of butter. Mix.

Then, add your milk, heavy cream, cheese, and seasoning to a sauce pan. Mix it together. Once its finished, add it to your noodles.

You can stop there, or, for a nice finishing touch, add some more shredded cheese on top and put it under the broiler for a few minutes.
