'Our RV is larger than most people's apartments - it's the height of luxury'
They have sold their bricks and mortar house and are now debt-free in their lavish - and enormous - RV.
This American Coach Class A motorhome is a class act. Its new owners, Hillary and Kris are so delighted with this extremely impressive home on wheels, they’ve uploaded a ‘tour’ of it on their TikTok account (@fuelyourwander).
The motorhome is called ‘Carli’ and this is the second motorhome for the couple and their rescue dog, Axle. Prior to this, they were living in North Carolina and both had busy corporate careers.
The couple are among a group of people known as van lifers, like this woman who lives in a RV full of hidden features.
Covid taught them that they could continue to work remotely so they decided to make it permanent in 2022. They have sold their bricks and mortar house and are now debt-free in their lavish RV.
The tour opens with Hillary entering the RV steps into what is known as "the cockpit" with two padded seats and large dashboard screens.

Behind her in the body of the RV is a hugely spacious lounge with two massive sofas The Class A is known for not only all the mod cons, but spacious floor plans and oodles of storage space.
The couple said: “We love all the updated tech. It’s super smooth and very quiet to drive”.
“One of the main reasons we made the switch is for more space. This RV has two couches, one of which converts into a Queen sized bed."
Hillary then pops up the TV which glides out from behind one of the sofas. The dining and kitchen area is spacious with a booth which Hillary says will be their office space.
The clincher though, was the kitchen and its appliances. She said: “It has a huge farmhouse bell sink with tons of storage. There’s a residential-size refrigerator and we love that all the appliances were black stainless steel”.
Its tasteful tones of varying shades of grey are very on trend and create a calming space to be in.
All the controls of the RV are contained into one small wall-mounted tablet including the heated floors. She takes us into the main bedroom, we see the walls lined in cupboards and drawers and a kingsize bed. Best of all, is the full-size walk in shower.
Viewers were impressed - and envious. One wrote: “They’re making me wanna buy an RV when I get older”
