Reese Witherspoon settles divorce with estranged husband Jim Toth after 12-year marriage
Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon and her second husband Jim Toth were married for 12 years before calling it quits.

Hollywood star Reese Witherspoon has split from her fellow actor and producer husband Jim Toth, it has been reported.
Witherspoon, 47, announced back in late March this year she and Toth, 53, were getting divorced.
Now, months down the line, their split has been finalized, according to court documents seen by TMZ.
The publication goes on to report the couple both signed the marital dissolution agreement and a parenting plan for their 10-year-old son Tennessee James Toth.
Witherspoon and Toth’s split is said to be “amicable” with the couple also said to have a prenuptial agreement in place.
The outlet went on to say the pair seemed “ready to go their separate ways”.
The couple married back in 2011 with welcomed their son Tennessee in 2012.
Toth and Witherspoon are said to have met while she was a client at the motion picture talent at Creative Artists Agency while he was working there.

They got married at her Libbey Ranch mansion in Ojai California in a ceremony attended by 100 guests.
Witherspoon was previously married to Cruel Intentions co-star Ryan Phillippe between 1999 and 2008.
During their marriage, the couple welcomed daughter Ava Elizabeth Phillippe and son Deacon Reese Phillippe.

Daily Express US has approached representatives for Witherspoon for comment on these reports.
