Prince Harry and Prince William have been spotted donning similar sunglasses. First, it was William at Wimbledon in London, England, followed by Harry at the Formula 1 U.S. Grand Prix in Austin, Texas.

William and family enjoyed a day out at the tennis courts. Harry headed to the race track on his own. It’s not that common that these two have something in common, so it is something to examine.

People magazine noticed the brothers wearing the same brand, Finlay, and the same style, Marshall Smoke with Grey Lenses, listed at $225. But, not so surprisingly, at different events.

The US website is currently sold out, but the glasses are available for pre-order.

But, when they are back in stock, here is what you can look out for: “A more rectangular relative of our Archer frame, Marshall draws us in with its angular frame paired with a smoother lens shape. Handcrafted from the finest Mazzucchelli acetate and fitted with industry-renowned Zeiss lenses, Marshall's contrasting contours add a little intrigue to your sunglasses.”

According to Finlay’s Facebook page, William has been seen wearing the glasses on two separate occasions, both at sporting events, England vs. Australia cricket and at Wimbledon to watch tennis, which makes sense because it’s a royal rule, sunglasses are typically reserved for sporting events, but to store them when meeting with people.

Over the summer, People talked to etiquette expert, Myka Meier, about the reasoning behind this rule, with her saying: “Sunglasses don't allow direct eye contact, which can be seen as a barrier when communicating. By taking sunglasses off upon meeting, it is seen as a sign of courtesy and respect to the other person.

People magazine mentioned, Princess Kate, who also wears Finlay, removed her sunglasses when socializing after the Wimbledon events, and so did Harry at the race, he removed his glasses when seen speaking to British driver George Russell and Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff.
