Oprah Winfrey shows off dramatic weight loss and her $50M mansion while making mocktails

Oprah Winfrey recently gave fans a sneak peek of her stunning $50m Montecito mansion.

In her latest Instagram video, the renowned talk show host displayed her trimmer figure.

The video featured her observing her chef prepare purple mocktails, honoring the soon-to-be-released The Color Purple film.

It captured Oprah in her kitchen, set against a backdrop of large white cabinets adorned with blue and white fine china and straw baskets.

Fans were visibly thrilled with Oprah's transformation.

Oprah sported a chic look with a white sweater and lounge pants, complemented by her iconic round eyeglasses. She's been residing in her California home since 2001.

"We have come up with our own Color Purple drink for the holiday season," Oprah told her followers.

Together with her bartender, Oprah shared the recipe with her fans. It features a mix of apple juice, ginger, beet juice, lime juice, blue Curaçao, simple syrup, and sparkling water, topped off with a blackberry garnish.

Oprah mentioned that for those who prefer, adding vodka, gin, or tequila could turn the drink into an alcoholic beverage.

This reveal followed her recent surprise weight loss, which she displayed on the red carpet.

At The Color Purple reboot premiere in Beverly Hills on Wednesday night, Oprah turned heads. She dazzled in a form-fitting purple gown that accentuated her slender waist.

Oprah is well-known for her role in the original film version of The Color Purple, directed by Steven Spielberg, which led to an Oscar nomination for her in 1986.

The new version, directed by Blitz Bazawule, features stars such as Danielle Brooks, Halle Bailey, Taraji P. Henson, and Fantasia Barrino.

The Color Purple is set to release in theaters on Christmas Day.
