Nicki Minaj and Cardi B have been going at each other for quite some time now and the latest shot fired between the pair has caused a rift between their husbands.

Rappers Nicki Minaj and Cardi B have been at each other's throats since 2017.
The pair's famous feud has been resurfacing in the headlines after things between the lyricists got heated once again after the annual MTV Video Music Awards.
The Super Bass singer hosted and performed at the event with Cardi also putting on a show for fans - meaning they came face to face, however, nothing actually transpired between them.
In fact, things got heated between their husbands after Kenneth Petty (Nicki's husband) was reportedly waiting for Cardi's husband Offset. The two men then traded shots in a series of social media posts over the following weekend.
Kenneth's actions would later result in him being put under house arrest after violating the terms of his probation.
When did Nicki Minaj and Cardi B's feud begin?
Problems first began when Cardi burst onto the rap scene in 2017 with her hit track Bodak Yellow. The track quickly became a massive hit with fans and people started comparing her to Nicki.
Nicki then dissed Cardi’s boyfriend Offset in the track Swish Swish, featuring Katy Perry, and also allegedly liked comments on Instagram insulting her rival.
Later the same month, Cardi took to Instagram to hit back at Nicki by slyly talking about “idols who become rivals".

Just before the release of her album, Invasion Of Privacy, Cardi addressed the rumors saying: “I just feel like it's really internet made-up, I don't really have the time for that."
Speculation the two rappers weren't seeing eye-to-eye started swirling again when Cardi called out an unnamed woman during a performance in August 2017.
“You know this b***h she never f**king liked me, and all of a sudden she want to be friends with me — no, b**ch [sic],” Cardi declared on the MoMA PS1 stage. “I still don’t like you b***h.” Was this about Nicki?
A few months later in September 2018, the pair's feud became physical after Cardi approached Nicki for “spreading lies”.
An altercation broke out at the New York Fashion Week Harper’s Bazaar party held at the Plaza and according to reports in TMZ, Cardi took off one of her red heels and threw it at Nicki – but the shoe missed as she was being protected by a large security guard.
How have Nicki and Cardi's husbands got involved?
Kenneth was put under house arrest after he “was recorded on video making threatening remarks to a specific individual while in the company of someone with a criminal record,” according to a court order filed on Wednesday 20 September.
The “specific individual” in question was rapper Offset, and the “video” in question related to a series of messages Kenneth addressed to the rapper that appeared on social media on Saturday 16 September.
It's not clear why Keneth decided to get involved in the feud but it's likely to show some support for his wife, Nicki.
After the spat, many fans have speculated the husbands of the two ladies could potentially have a feud of their own.
