Keke Palmer filed documents on Thursday seeking a restraining order against her ex Darius Jackson along with full custody of the son the former couple shares.

Love Island star tackles body shaming

If fans thought Keke Palmer’s baby daddy Darius Jackson's behavior was bad when he publicly questioned her outfit after giving birth to their son, this is nothing compared to the allegations she has filed against him in new court documents.

On Thursday, Keke filed documents in Los Angeles seeking a restraining order against Darius as well as full custody of their son, 8-month-old Leo.

In the documents, which were first reported by TMZ, Keke accused Darius of other behavior, including trespassing “into my home without my knowledge or consent,” and “threatening” her before “lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone.”

All of which Keke claims she has caught on security footage.

She went on to claim there were “many instances of physical violence” during her relationship with Darius.

Including, “destroying my personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing my belongings into the street, throwing my car keys to prevent me from driving away, hitting [me] in front of our son, spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.”

After months of speculation on whether the couple was together or not, Keke said in the documents their relationship “finally ended for good” in early October “primarily due to the physical and emotional abuse inflicted” by him.

The former Nickelodeon star shocked fans when she revealed she was pregnant while hosting Saturday Night Live in December 2022.

Leodis Andrellton Jackson - aka Leo - was born just two months later.

Just a few months later Darius was publicly roasted when he questioned what Keke wore to an Usher concert in Las Vegas.

It’s the outfit tho … you a mom [sic],” Darius wrote via X (Twitter at the time) in July, referring to her black bodysuit which she paired with a sheer black polka-dot cover-up.

Fans immediately came to Keke’s defense and instead of backing off or apologizing for his comments, Darius doubled down.

“We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is,” he added at the time. “This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case.”

Keke took the high road and remained mum and instead chose to respond by teaming up with Usher for a new music video, which referenced his nasty comments.

“What time is it?” Palmer asked at the end of the clip. “Damn it, I missed the show. I’m so tired. I’m a mother, after all.”
