Jason Momoa has shared the secret to keeping his physique during the holiday season.

Jason Momoa, the former Aquaman star, confessed on Good Morning America that he loves eating pasta for almost every meal and doesn't hit the gym as much as you'd think.

Despite his superhero physique, the 44 year old actor is currently taking a break from the gym and enjoying lots of yummy pasta this holiday season.

During his chat with the GMA hosts, Jason was asked about his diet and workout routine.

He humorously responded: "Bro I'm like pasta every meal. I love it. I love eating."

As for working out, Jason admitted he's not doing much at the moment unless he's preparing for a role.

He said: "You know I'm off season so I'm not doing much. Unless they hire me to do something but you workout so you don't get hurt but otherwise I do the things that I love to do. So rock climbing with my kids, or surfing, or playing sports," he said.

“But it’s hard to get me in the gym unless I need to train for a role or something like that,” he added.

Jason, who first became famous after his role in Baywatch in 1999, has played many muscular characters over the years.

Some of his most well-known roles include Aquaman, Game of Thrones, Fast X, See, and Dune.

Jason has previously shared about his intense workout routine for his role in Conan the Barbarian.

In 2011, he followed a strict schedule that included six hours of training a day, two hours of sword work, stretching, three hours of weight lifting, cardio, lots of sleep, and eating boiled chicken breast every two hours.

Currently, Jason is taking a break as he's between filming movies.

His only upcoming film is Dune II, a popular sci-fi adventure movie set to release in March 2024. In this movie, Jason plays Duncan Idaho, a strong and charming swordsman, alongside stars Timothee Chalamet and Florence Pugh.
