Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) have confirmed that undefeated boxing prospects Lorenzo Medina and Yoenis Tellez have been added to the Jake Paul vs. Andre August card. "The Problem Child" returns to the ring on Dec. 15, headlining the non-pay-per-view event taking place on a Friday night rather than the traditional Saturday slot.

Paul, 26, is fighting for the third and final time this year at the Caribe Royale Resort in Orlando, Flordia. The fight comes four months after scoring a unanimous decision victory over former UFC star Nate Diaz this summer at American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

That fight saw him rebound from February's loss against Tommy Fury in Saudi Arabia, the first of his career. Paul now has a 7-1 professional record, with four wins by knockout.

Dec. 15 will be the first time that Paul will fight on a Most Valuable Prospects card. It also represents the first time he is headlining a show that is not a PPV event.

The Most Valuable Prospects IV main card begins with a 6-round All-American heavyweight fight clash between teenage fan favorite Medina versus twelve-time national amateur champion Joshua Temple. Next is a ten-round light middleweight contest for the WBA Continental Latin Americas title between Tellez and his fellow Cuban fighter, Livan Navarro.

Those two tussles precede the 10-round WBC super middleweight title fight between Shadasia “The Sweet Terminator” Green and Franchón Crews-Dezurn. Paul then headlines to show against August the complete the main card.

Including the preliminary bouts, that brings will be the eighth fight of the evening. Cruiserweights Zachary Randolph and Michael Manna first face off over 6-rounds, as does unbeaten welterweight prospect Elijah Flores against Javier Mayoral. Teenage bantamweight Alex Gueche, who has won both his previous two bouts by knockout, will also feature in a 4-round fight against an as-yet-unnamed opponent. So, too, does the undefeated featherweight Xavier Bocanegra.

MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian sees this as the ideal stage for these talents, explaining: “We built the Most Valuable Prospects series on the foundation of giving young and upcoming talent a platform to display their skills and build their names on our stage.

"As we close out this year’s Most Valuable Prospects series on Friday, December 15th, we are proud to welcome back Lorenzo Medina, who, alongside Yoenis Tellez, Livan Navarro, and Joshua Temple, personify the skill and energy Most Valuable Prospects represents. With Shadasia Green battling for the WBC super middleweight championship and Jake continuing on his journey to being world champion, this is not only a card every boxing fan can enjoy but is exactly what we envisioned when we launched this series.

"Thank you to DAZN, Caribe Royale Resort, BoxLab, and CELSIUS for this incredible year of partnership. We look forward to unveiling our next six installments in 2024, showcasing more of the young, rising athletes around the world.”
