‘I am a Goodwill bargain hunter who bought a $5.49 video game item that retails for $750!’

One bargain hunter is sharing how he was able to find a game console controller at Goodwill for only $5.49 which sells online for way more.

As a TikTok content creator, @game.thrift.hunters documents his findings and savings he makes at the second-hand store.

Specifically, he looks out for previously purchased video game items and game console accessories which are on sale at Goodwill and other outlets.

According to his TikTok bio, the “retro hunter” is “video game hunting for [his] collection and also selling”.

On one of his “hunting” excursions, the young man discovered a vintage Spongebob Squarepants-themed Gamecube controller.
