The legendary musician has put his 13,332-square-foot, dual-level condo on the market with a price tag of $5 million.

Chase Mizell from Sotheby's Realty is currently overseeing the listing.

Spotlighted in a 1993 edition of Architectural Digest, along with Elton’s English countryside property, the Atlanta residence holds sentimental value for the star.

For Elton, parting ways with his Atlanta abode comes with mixed emotions.

Based on reports from People, Elton shared back in 1993 that he had a fondness for Atlanta. The singer was particularly drawn to the warmth and friendliness synonymous with southern hospitality.

“I have a love affair with the States,” Elton shared. “I like that Southern hospitality. Everyone is incredibly courteous and friendly."

When it came to decorating the place, Elton whisked his interior designers away on a shopping extravaganza in New York City to embellish the two-level residence.

Elton and his design team employed a specialized painting method in Atlanta to give the walls a nearly mirror-like sheen. They installed an extensive array of lighting fixtures large expanses of mirrors, and liberally used silver leaf to amplify this reflective quality.

Designer Fred Dilger shared with the media that the goal was to make walking into the condo feel akin to stepping into an oasis of light.

Years later, that radiant atmosphere remains a distinctive feature of the lofty living area.

The corridor that serves as a gallery can also be transformed into a workspace or an artist's haven, offering versatility.

The spacious living area provides enough square footage to accommodate big social gatherings.

The principal bedroom suite in the condo is notably lavish, complete with oversized windows and an en suite bathroom styled to mimic the luxurious ambiance of a spa.

As for additional perks, the future owner will enjoy exclusive use of nine designated parking spaces, six individual storage compartments and five specialized units for wine storage.
