Elon Musk is groveling at Taylor Swift's feet right now and asking her to post her music on X, formerly known as Twitter.

BBC reporter taken to task over Elon Musk interview

knows he and could have a mutually beneficial partnership, if she'll let it happen.

The billionaire owner of X asked Swift to post her music on the social media platform formerly known as on Wednesday.

"I recommend posting some music or concert videos directly on the X platform," Musk said in an X post to Swift.

Musk was replying to the singer's September 20 post on X, where she announced the back covers and track list for her upcoming album, 1989 (Taylor's Version).

The album is a re-recording of Swift's 2014 fifth album.

It is also the fourth in her "Taylor's Version" series, Fearless, Red, and Speak Now.

Swift has been promoting the album on social media, and has also partnered with Google to create a series of puzzles for her fans to solve.

Solving the puzzles will lead to the reveal of the previously unreleased tracks for 1989, which will be included in the new album.

However, the project suffered some technical difficulties within hours of launching.

This isn't the first time Musk has tried to use celebrities to promote X.

Previously, he managed to bring on political figures such as Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Florida governor Ron DeSantis.

Musk has also promoted former Fox News host Tucker Carlson's show on X.

Swift posting about her new music would certainly be a huge win for X and drive traffic.

The Bad Blood singer has been boosting things every where she goes recently.

The 33-year-old singer's Eras Tour has been reinvigorating the ecomomies of each of the cities she's performed in over the last months.

Fans who have come to see her perform boost revenue for businessess in the surrounding areas.

According to Time, there's a projected gross of $2.2 billion in North American ticket sales alone.

There's also been hundreds of millions of streams of the artist, reaching a nearly 80% spike in those listening to her music catalog.

She earns about $8.5 million a month in album sales as fans pay astronomical amounts for tour tickets.

After 53 shows, the first U.S. leg of the Eras Tour came to an end on August 9.

More recently, Swift also had a record-breaking night at the 2023 MTV VMAs, taking home a whopping nine awards and making history as the first artist to win Video Of The Year four times.

She certainly is at the top of her game right now.
