Drake slams 'weirdos' for calling out age gap with friend Millie Bobby Brown in new song

Drake has referenced the 'weirdos' who've talked about his friendship with Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown in his new song, Another Late Night.

Drake announces 'It's all a blur' tour with 21 Savage

is name-dropping all those "weirdos" out there who think it's concerning that he's friends with star Millie Bobby Brown in his latest song.

The rapper's eighth studio album For All the Dogs is full of disses and other references, but the track Another Late Night speaks of the uncalled-for comments.

In the track, Drake, 36, name-drops Brown, 19, and sings about the controversy surrounding their friendship and the "weirdos" who call out their 17-year age difference in the comments section of his social media.

Drake raps in the verse: "Weirdos in my comments talkin' 'bout some Millie Bobby, look/ Bring them jokes up to the gang, we get to really flockin' / Or send a finger to your mama in some FedEx boxes / Open up that (expletive), it's jaw droppin', really shockin.'"

In 2018, Drake received backlash after Brown, then 14, revealed she considered the rapper "a great friend and a great role model."

She also said he would give her advice about boys.

At the 2018 Emmys, Brown told Access Hollywood: "I love him. I met him in Australia, and he’s honestly so fantastic. We just texted each other the other day and he was like, ‘I miss you so much,’ and I was like, ‘I miss you more.’ He’s great."

Several people on X, formerly , accused the singer of "grooming" Brown.

However, the actress later defended their friendship in her Instagram Stories, calling it "weird" that followers make their "lovely friendship" a topic of discussion.

Brown added that she felt "lucky to have people in the business extend their time to help me further my career and offer their wisdom and guidance."

She also noted that both had a similar rise to fame from a young age.

Drake has also seemingly taken a swipe at ex Rihanna in a new song from his new album.

Throughout 2008 and 2018, the pair had an on-and-off again relationship which spawned hit songs including Whats My Name and Work.

They officially called it quits when the Fenty founder revealed they were no longer close, even though two years prior, Drake professed his love for her on stage at the 2016 MTV VMA’s.

Recalling his speech, Rihanna told Vogue: “Waiting through that speech was probably the most uncomfortable part. I don’t like too many compliments; I don’t like to be put on blast.”

She added: “We don’t have a friendship now, but we’re not enemies either. It is what it is.”

Drake seemingly refers to Rhianna in Fear Of Heights, in which he insists he had moved on and sneered: “Why they make it sound like I'm still hung up on you? That could never be.”

Fans think the line: “Gyal can't ruin me,” is a jab at the singer's accent.

Drake added: “The sex was average with you” which listeners are convinced was a swipe at Rihanna’s song Sex With Me, where she sings: “Sex with me so amazing.”

The father of one also seemed to take shots at Rihanna’s boyfriend ASAP Rocky with the line: “Better him than me, better it's not me. Yeah, that man, he still with you.

“He can't leave you. Y'all go on vacation, I bet it's Antilles,” he adds. The Lesser Antilles is a location in the Caribbean where the couple has traveled.
