Easy and delicious cheesy chicken and bacon potato dinner is 'gamechanger' for the fussy

One woman’s simple cheesy chicken and bacon potato recipe is a game changer for days you can’t be bothered to do more than roll out of bed.
Kristin first saw the recipe on TikTok and immediately knew she had to try it. She uploaded her own video demonstrating how to recreate the meal for yourself.
To start, cut up some potatoes and add in salt, garlic, pepper and paprika. Throw the potatoes in the air fryer to get them crispy.
Fry up some bacon and shred some cheese. While the bacon is frying, cook two chicken breasts and cut them up. Mix them in with the potatoes. Add some ranch dressing on top and mix it all together.
Add the mixed potatoes and chicken to a baking dish and top it with half of the cheese that you shredded.
Add bacon on top of the cheese, spreading it around evenly, then add the remaining cheese to the top of the bacon.

Bake this in the oven at 400 degrees for about five to 10 minutes, just long enough to melt the cheese.
The content creator said it was “so good” that she can’t wait to make it again.
Viewers of Kristin’s video left their own take on the meal, suggesting toppings that could go on it as well.
