Britney Spears' upcoming memoir, The Woman in Me, is set to reveal her unfiltered thoughts on ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake, and inside sources are saying he "won't be happy" about the revelations.

Britney Spears putting 'finishing touches' on new book

Britney Spears is on the cusp of launching her initial autobiographical book, which could reignite past tension with her previous beau, Justin Timberlake.

The pop star is scheduled to release her memoir, The Woman in Me, later this month.

In addition to her romantic escapades, Britney plans to dissect her complicated family dynamics with her parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears.

Regarding prior romances, insiders indicate that Justin might find himself less than pleased with Britney's account of their old relationship.

The book promises to be an eye-opener for those interested in Britney's life journey.

An inside source told Us Weekly that Justin might be unhappy once Britney's autobiography is out on the market. The source specified that Britney is quite forthright in her feelings about Justin.

"Justin's not going to be happy," the insider dished, adding that Britney "goes after him hard."

Another individual close to the matter mentioned Britney is a little nervous about what she included in her book. The source clarified that the singer isn't trying to lambast anyone; she just wants to get the facts out.

Britney and Justin initially crossed paths when they were both part of The Mickey Mouse Club, spanning 1999 to 2002. Later, 42-year-old Justin unveiled his popular track "Cry Me a River," leading people to believe the couple's breakup wasn't exactly amicable.

There has been a lot of speculation that the song was about Britney's unfaithfulness.

Even though Justin might not appreciate the fresh disclosures, their love story has previously captured media attention.

The tension between the former couple resurfaced in the 2021 film Framing Britney Spears.

The movie hinted that Justin contributed to painting an unfavorable picture of Britney after they broke up. This led to considerable public criticism, prompting Justin to make a formal apology.

“As a man in a privileged position, I have to be vocal about this. Because of my ignorance, I didn’t recognize it for all that it was while it was happening in my own life but I do not want to ever benefit from others being pulled down again,” Justine shared. “I can do better and I will do better.”
