The Bella Terra RV Resort of Gulf Shores Alabama is a "home away from home". That’s the opinion of many guests who keep returning year after year.

It’s been rated one of the top 10 luxury motorcoach resorts in the nation since 2008. The beautifully-manicured resort sits on 33 acres of land with a tranquil nine-acre centerpiece lake.

The landscaping is absolutely stupendous with mature, lush foliage and floral displays. All the plots surround the lake. Every evening guests gather in the beautiful clubhouse which has its own infinity pool, movie theatre, and fitness center.

Fido will love frolicking in the two dog parks and should he get muddy, there’s a dog wash facility. There’s also a putting green and massage center.

Best of all, Bella Terra is just minutes away from the sugar-white sands of the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast. This is a superb, upmarket resort. Even the traditional lots have beautiful views and seating areas.

The surrounding gardens are superbly maintained with many of the plots featuring mature trees giving guests that extra sense of seclusion. Take a step up and book a Premium Lot which is like being in your own backyard with all the modern amenities you’d likely have at home.

There are gazebos, and covered patios complete with TV tables, chairs, and whirring fans. They also come with inviting fire pits and beautiful beds of colorful flowers and grasses.

Nearby, there are animals galore at the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, visit the Alligators at Alligator Alley.  Stroll through the Bellingrath Gardens with its impressive array of roses, hydrangeas, and tropical plants.

The Bellingrath Museum Home is a must. It features flagstone terraces, figural copper downpours, and a central courtyard. There are original furnishings and the kitchen still has the appliances such as German silver countertops and sinks as well as an impressive selection of silver, crystal, and china in the Butler’s Pantry.

For a night at the movies head to the Cobb Pinnacle 14 Theater,  or head out on a boat to spot dolphins. Visitors are clearly impressed with the RV resort.
