Teacher who threatened to shoot Barron Trump stalked ex-First Son at Florida school

Trace Fiorenza repeatedly threatened to harm the youngest son of Donald Trump, writing in an email that she was ready to shoot Barron "straight in the face" if she had the chance.

A former social studies teacher who said she wanted to shoot Barron Trump also allegedly stalked the 17-year-old at his school in Florida.

Tracy Marie Fiorenza, 41, was arrested in Chicago on Monday following an investigation into a series of electronic messages she sent to the Palm Beach County institution between May and June 2021.

Police records have now shown Fiorenza traveled to West Palm Beach earlier in the year and started asking questions about Barron Trump right outside the elite Oxbridge Academy he attends.

The records claimed a security guard had contacted 911 after noticing her and reported to officers she was a "known stalker of a high-profile student."

Fiorenza was confronted at the scene but rejected the stalking claims, insisting she was trying to speak with the academy's headmasters after she "conducted her own investigation" into whether the 17-year-old attended the school.

The 41-year-old was let off with a warning and allowed to leave but Secret Service agents spotted her once again at a nearby gas station and escorted her back to her hotel.

Fiorenza had already rang alarm bells in late 2022, when she allegedly phoned Oxbridge Academy on several accessions claiming the school "was not following protocol," according to the police report.

The situation escalated in May, when the former teacher emailed the school to warn the headmaster that "I will state that I will shoot Donald Trump Sr. AND Barron Trump straight in the face at any opportunity I get!”

She followed her initial threat with a further message on June 5 in which she said she would "slam a bullet" into Barron Trump and Donald Trump "in self-defense," the arrest affidavit stated.

Fiorenza was interviewed by Secret Services in July about her menacing emails, and she allegedly confirmed to have written them.

Further investigations showed the Chicago native had been trying to "reach people who worked in the White House" as early as 2018.

Federal prosecutor Adam Rosenbloom argued that Fiorenza's threats were "extremely violent in nature" during a court hearing on Wednesday.

Rosenbloom noted mental health issues could have played a role in the woman's conduct but argued she should be held without bond out of concern for the wider community.

However, the former teacher once again rejected the claims and reiterated Barron Trump's school was not following protocol.

She said: "I have been contacting the school for years, trying to get them to follow mandated reporting protocol.

“People are not trained in the technology involved… I was going to pass out flyers to parents warning them before school started because no one was listening to me.”

Fiorenza did not clarify which protocol she believes Oxbridge Academy has been violating.

The woman's court-appointed counsel said “there is nothing suggesting she is actually an aggressive person", arguing she would not approach Barron because she is "scared" of him.

He claimed Fiorenza had said that "psychotronic weapons are communicating directly into her head, and she’s just trying to stop it.”

And added: "She would never actually get close to Barron Trump because she’s afraid of him. This is all a little wacky but it doesn’t say that she’s a danger.”

Fiorenza has been remanded into custody in Illinois pending a transfer to the Southern District of Florida.
