Anthony Bourdain believes that Thanksgiving dinner should stick to tradition.

“Thanksgiving is not the time for innovation,” he wrote in ‘Appetites: A Cookbook (2016).’ “Give the people what they want, and make sure it’s consistent with what they remember.”

This means the turkey centerpiece, as well as stuffing, brussels sproutsmashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, pumpkin pie, and, of course, cranberry sauce. His cranberry relish recipe is the perfect contender and it only takes 10 minutes to make.

If you are getting overwhelmed by all the food prep you have to take on, don’t fret, the late chef broke it down so that you can divvy up the tasks. Afterwards, don't let your leftovers go to waste and make chef Antoni Porowski's Thanksgiving leftover breakfast sandwich.
