Tammy Slaton’s love story with Caleb Willingham will be revisited in the next episode of the TLC series, giving viewers a rare glimpse into their short-lived married life.

Despite their split before Caleb's death, reportedly due to his failure to stick to his diet, Tammy fondly remembers their time together.

The couple, who met at a weight-loss treatment center in Ohio, had a whirlwind romance that ended tragically when Caleb died aged 40.

A sneak peek trailer released on Instagram shows the lovebirds, Caleb and Tammy, sharing a laugh and expressing their excitement about living together after rehab.

Caleb says: "You know, I can't wait 'till we get home and get out of this place and wake up in the same bed," to which Tammy responds: "But they won't let us sleep in the same bed for safety reasons."

Caleb then jokes about looking forward to some alone time with her, saying: "Remember, I told you, you got a ride coming, full speed. You look exhausted just thinking about riding me."

Tammy chuckles: "You pervert, I'm done with you!"

In a heartfelt confession, Tammy then shared her joy about her life with Caleb.

"It's been two months since I got married. I'm really happy with Caleb. He's the best thing that's possibly ever happened to me," she said, adding that she's probably a little too comfortable around him.

"I mean, if I'm farting in front of him, that says a lot,” she jokes. “I'll burp in front of you all day long, but to pass gas? That's magical."

The couple also exchanged sweet "I love you's", with Caleb proudly stating: "Everybody tells me Tammy and I are such a cute couple.

“In my opinion, we're the kind of couple that makes people sick!"

Last month, Tammy paid tribute to her late partner on social media.

"The sunset was our thing," she wrote, alongside a collection of photos, including a sunset and one of Caleb's urn on a table.
